About the Role

The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supporting enterprise server infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Windows Server administration and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration/Monitoring Health Performance and Engineering.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux platforms, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AIX, Solaris, or similar enterprise operating systems.
• Demonstrated experience with vulnerability/KPI results in remediation programs in large enterprise environments.
• Experience working with vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of operating system security hardening and secure configuration practices (Antivirus or Infosec Agents/Tools).
• Experience with patch management, server lifecycle management, and change management processes.
• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent automation technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux platforms.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms.
• Strong understanding of operating system security hardening.
• Hands-on scripting experience.
• 3 days WFO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with patch management and server lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
