Required Experience: 2 - 4 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex issues on Windows/Linux servers (2016/2019).
- Install patches, updates, and perform regular server maintenance.
- Document existing and planned server infrastructure.
- Assist in technical design, capacity planning, and server upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT teams (Support, Network, Security, Architecture).
- Optimize server resource utilization and resolve potential issues.
Requirements:
- Fluent English & strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Windows/Linux server administration (Red Hat/Ubuntu preferred).
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of Cloud (Microsoft/Google/AWS), Backup, and Web filtering.
- Networking fundamentals (IP Addressing, Topologies).
- ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
