Job Description
- Experience with the Tracelink Application.
- Experience with onboarding ASN and US-VRS activities.
- Knowledge of other country regulations for serialization like: Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Canada.
- Implement and manage serialization processes using SAP ICH ASN and Tracelink.
- Ensure compliance with GS1 standards and regional serialization requirements US EU KZ UZ China Russia.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate serialization solutions into existing systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot serialization issues to ensure seamless operations
- Provide training and support to team members on serialization processes and standards.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to serialization.
- Implement and manage serialization processes using SAP ICH ASN and Tracelink
- Possess a strong understanding of EPCIS file based data exchange and strong analysing skills on EPCIS.
- Manage the allocation and maintenance of sufficient serial numbers for production ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Continuously assess serialization and data management processes to streamline operations enhance accuracy and minimize manual workload.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all the processes automation initiatives and compliance activities to support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Regulatory compliance reporting from Tracelink to Europe USA Russia and Bahrain
- EU Reporting Product.
- Product Pack Update Export reporting to EMVO from Tracelink and EU Alert analysis for suspected transactions and EU Alerts handling.
- US Saleable Returns and USVRS alerts handling.
- Crypto code management for Russia KZ and UZ.
- Involved in Onboarding of partners on Tracelink SAP ICH network and involved in end-to-end testing.
- Serial Number Management Provisioning of Serial numbers to Packaging lines CMO MAH List Range management.
- Integration through SAP ICH Information Collaboration Hub and Tracelink platform with external partners like 3PL CMO Contract Manufacturers and MAH Market Auth Holders.
- Have strong knowledge on Global standards EPCIS message standards Product identification Trade items GTIN SGTIN GCP GLN SSCC.
- Experience in ServiceNow for RITM Incidents and Change Requests.
