- New Parts Development (NPD)
- CATIA V5 (3D/2D Drawings & Surfacing)
- Plastic Product Design
Key Requirement
- 5 -9 years of experience on Automotive Safety systems
- Good skill in Catia V5 / V6. 3D experience knowledge is added advantage.
- Basic passive safety product knowledge (Seat belts, Steering wheel Airbags, Curtain Airbags, Airbag ACU, sensors, calibration).
- Seat belt Design, Development and Validation skill according to Global Standards
- Should have experience in design reviews, DFMEA, DFM & DFA, GDT, tolerance stack up, etc.,
- Ability to collaborate with CFT incl. Project Management, Purchase, Quality, Testing, Suppliers, production, etc.,
- Basic knowledge on understanding system simulation (Pamcrash / Madymo)
- Knowledge of Renault procedures and process is an added advantages
Experience: 5-9 Years
Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
