Job Role: Serial Life Quality Manager – Powertrain
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quality convergence plan in line with objectives defined by QUAL & PRSQ
- Project and monitor quality results using failure indicators (3MIS, 12MIS, 24MIS) and warranty cost indicators (24MIS, 60MIS)
- Lead and coordinate core teams for TOP Q issues, regional TOP10 issues, and crisis management
- Ensure production non-conformities are addressed by factory quality teams
- Perform risk assessments for Safety Alert Sheets
- Identify and propose modernization campaigns to QUAL
- Ensure lessons learned from serial life quality are transferred to new development projects
- During launch phase, organize quality file transfer from PQM to serial life before MPTR milestone
- 6–8 years in Powertrain automotive quality, manufacturing, or product engineering
- Exposure to serial life quality and/or launch quality activities
