About The Role
This is your entry point into the world of digital marketing. As an SEO Trainee at Sibz Solutions, you'll work alongside our strategy team to learn and apply the fundamentals of search engine optimisation — from keyword research and on-page optimisation to content briefs and technical audits. You'll get hands-on exposure to real client campaigns from day one, with structured mentorship to accelerate your growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for client websites
- Assist in on-page SEO optimisations including meta tags, headings, and internal linking
- Help prepare monthly SEO performance reports using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Support content teams with SEO briefs and keyword mapping
- Learn and apply technical SEO fundamentals — sitemaps, robots.txt, page speed
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry best practices
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a genuine interest in SEO and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of how search engines work (SEO coursework or certifications a bonus)
- Strong written English — you'll be working with content and copy regularly
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Google Analytics or Search Console exposure is a plus, not a must
- Eagerness to learn fast and ask great questions
