SEO Team Lead

Experience: 6–7 Years Overall Experience with 2+ Years of Team Leader Experience (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Black Hat SEO Team Leader to lead and manage our SEO team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing large-scale SEO campaigns using advanced optimization techniques. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of leading high-performing SEO teams.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ SEO Executives, ensuring productivity and target achievement.
• Plan, execute, and monitor Black Hat SEO campaigns across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
• Manage large-scale backlink campaigns and oversee link acquisition activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and SERP analysis.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
• Coordinate with Content, Development, and Operations teams to execute SEO initiatives.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Train and mentor team members on SEO strategies, tools, and workflow processes.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Resolve team escalations and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
• Develop SOPs and improve operational efficiency within the SEO department.

• 6–7 years of overall SEO experience with a minimum of 2+ years of Team Leader experience (Mandatory).
• Must have experience handling and managing a team of 20+ SEO Executives.
• Strong expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of backlink analysis, indexing, crawling, and website audits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving team productivity.

• Experience working in high-volume SEO environments.
• Strong decision-making and people management skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate large teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture is an added advantage.
