We're growing and we need an SEO Team Lead who's ready to take complete ownership of a team, of strategies, and of client success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of SEO executives and content writers
- Building and executing SEO strategies across domestic and international client accounts
- Managing end-to-end client communication onboarding, reporting, reviews, and retention
- Preparing and presenting detailed monthly performance reports
- Conducting technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Tracking rankings, traffic, and ROI across all accounts
- Keeping the team updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends
What we're looking for
- 35 years of SEO experience with 12 years in a lead or senior role
- Must have managed a team of 3 or more people
- Strong client-handling experience domestic & international both
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken + written)
- Hands-on with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
