Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and scale our B2B organic lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning and executing SEO strategies, managing multiple campaigns, driving sustainable organic growth, and leading a high-performing SEO team in an in-house environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize SEO campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified B2B leads
  • Conduct advanced keyword research focused on buyer intent and decision-makers
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
  • Oversee content strategy for blogs, landing pages, case studies, and service pages
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve MQLs and SQLs
  • Optimize conversion paths, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Track lead quality and ROI from organic channels Lead, mentor, and manage an in-house SEO team
  • Assign tasks, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance and lead-generation reports

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B SEO and organic lead generation
  • Proven ability to manage and scale SEO campaigns end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content SEO
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or B2B service-based industries
