Key Responsibilities
- Design pillar-cluster keyword architecture
- Define international SEO structure (multi-country)
- Architect topic silos and internal linking frameworks
- Own crawl/index governance
- Implement structured data strategy (Schema)
- Align SEO with monetisation & conversion tracking
- Supervise AI-assisted content systems
- Lead quarterly SEO strategy reviews
- Build SEO as a scalable operating system
Required Experience
- 5-8+ years in Technical + Strategic SEO
- Proven experience scaling large websites (1000+ URLs)
- Strong understanding of:
Core Web Vitals
International SEO (hreflang)
Schema implementation
GA4 + GSC
- Experience mapping SEO to revenue attribution
- Comfortable working with developers & data engineers
- Strategic thinker, not an execution-only specialist
