SEO Specialist

Role Description:

We're hiring an SEO Specialist (Entry to Mid-Senior level) for a full-time, on-site role focused on driving organic growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, on-page SEO, optimizing existing and new content, improving rankings, and identifying growth opportunities through search. You will also work closely with product and content to turn features into search-driven content that ranks and converts.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, keyword research, internal linking, content optimization)
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Ability to perform keyword research and map keywords to content opportunities
• Experience optimizing and publishing content on CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Understanding of technical SEO basics (indexing, crawling, site structure)
• Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Experience working with SaaS, tech, or B2B content is a plus
• Open to learning new tools and adapting quickly in a startup environment
