Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with proven experience in the U.S. market to lead and execute our search engine optimization initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and track strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business growth across competitive B2B niches. This role covers all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization. Candidates without proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, e-commerce, or similarly competitive B2B industries will not be considered.
Requirements:
- C2 English proficiency (written and oral).
- Deep understanding of copywriting, SEO content development, and keyword strategy.
- Prior experience working directly with U.S.-based clients or companies, with verifiable results.
- Extensive knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Preference given to candidates with:
- Proven experience leading SEO projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with US market-focused SEO campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising
- Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and multiple projects
You will:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and site structure for maximum search performance.
- Monitor website speed, crawlability, and indexing; implement improvements for technical SEO.
- Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies to boost domain authority.
- Track, measure, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for ongoing SEO improvements.
- Stay current with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Occasionally support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads) as needed no more than 10% of working time.
