Role: SEO Specialist

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Shift: UK

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced SEO Specialist / SEO Manager (5 to 8 years) who can drive consistent organic growth through a strong mix of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and performance analysis. This role requires someone who thinks in systems, spots patterns in data, and turns insights into ranking wins and qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Execution

  • Own and execute the SEO roadmap to grow organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and opportunity mapping aligned to business goals, ICP, and intent.
  • Build content SEO plans: topic clusters, pillar pages, internal linking strategy, and content briefs for writers.
  • Optimize existing content through content refreshes, pruning, and consolidation to improve performance.

Technical SEO

  • Perform and lead technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, canonicalization, sitemap/robots, duplicate content, pagination, and broken links.
  • Partner with developers to implement fixes and ensure SEO best practices in releases.
  • Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
  • ASO (App Store Optimization) exposure is a plus: keyword optimization for app listings, conversion optimization (screenshots/video), ratings/reviews strategy, and performance tracking.

On-Page and Content Optimization

  • Optimize metadata, headings, schema, URL structure, image SEO, and internal links.
  • Ensure content meets E-E-A-T expectations and is aligned to search intent and SERP patterns.
  • Support landing page SEO improvements for higher organic conversion.

Off-Page SEO and Authority Building

  • Manage ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives (guest posts, outreach, partnerships, brand mentions).
  • Track backlink health, disavow risks where needed, and maintain a clean link profile.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track and report on SEO KPIs: traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, assisted conversions, crawl/index status, and content performance.
  • Build SEO dashboards and present insights to stakeholders with clear action plans.
  • Run experiments (A/B where possible), document learnings, and scale what works.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SEO (B2B, SaaS, IT services, or agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including audits and working with dev teams.
  • Proven ability to improve rankings and grow organic traffic + conversions (not just vanity keywords).
  • Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, and content planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Google Search Console, GA4
    • SEO suites: Ahrefs / SEMrush
    • Crawling tools: Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
    • Reporting: Looker Studio / Excel
  • Comfortable with data, attribution thinking, and communicating impact clearly.
