Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO strategist who can handle organic growth end to end for international clients. This role is focused on strategy, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO execution, while collaborating with our internal team for development and content.

We care about qualified lead enquiries, not just impressions, clicks, or traffic graphs. SEO performance will be evaluated on its ability to generate enquiries.

We are NOT looking for candidates who have only worked on Indian SEO projects.

Please apply only if you have hands-on experience working with international markets such as the UK, US, Australia, or Europe, and can demonstrate measurable SEO results including lead generation.

How This Role Works


You will define what needs to be fixed on the website and how it should be fixed.
Technical implementation will be handled internally based on your strategy and documentation.
Blog writing is handled by a copywriter. You are responsible for content strategy, briefs, and SEO optimisation.
You will fully own on-page and off-page SEO performance, with a clear focus on driving enquiries, not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Create SEO strategies focused on qualified organic traffic and lead enquiries for international clients (UK, US, Australia, Europe, etc.).

Audit websites and produce clear, prioritised action plans for technical fixes and improvements.

Provide structured guidance for developers on technical SEO implementation.

Build keyword maps and content plans centred around high-intent, conversion-focused search terms.

Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

Execute on-page SEO including internal linking, content optimisation, and SERP alignment.

Plan and execute off-page SEO including backlink building, directory listings, citations, and authority building.

Analyse competitors to identify how they attract and convert organic leads, not just how they rank.

Track performance across rankings, traffic quality, and enquiry conversions, turning data into actionable insights.

Prepare strategy documents and performance reports tied to business outcomes.

Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Bonus: Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
