As a fast growing TravelTech startup, organic search is one of our biggest growth engines. As an SEO Specialist, you'll help travellers discover our experiences across Google, AI search, and answer engines. Beyond traditional SEO, you'll work on AEO and GEO to ensure our content performs not only in search results but also in AI powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Eligibility

Minimum 2 Year of Experience as SEO Specialist

Skills

• Strong understanding of On Page, Off Page, and Technical SEO
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO principles
• Keyword research, search intent, and topical authority building
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
• Content optimisation for both search engines and AI-powered answer engines
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Strong collaboration with Content, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify new organic growth opportunities.
• Optimise blogs, landing pages, and website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Create content strategies that improve visibility across Google and AI powered search platforms.
• Implement structured data and technical SEO best practices.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility, and search performance.
• Work closely with the Content team to create high-quality, search-first content.
• Build authoritative backlinks and strengthen domain authority.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and the evolving landscape of AI search and generative engines.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend growth initiatives.
