Role Description

We are looking for a results-drivenSEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Expertwith 23 years of hands-on experience in SEO optimization and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for driving measurable growth through organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content for search engines
  • Perform technical audits and coordinate with developers to resolve SEO issues
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
  • Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies
  • Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 23 years of proven experience in SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Search Console
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress
