Job Description

Role: SEO Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Work from Office

Experience: Min. 2 Years

About The Role

We're looking for a technical SEO expert to optimize our website for search engines and improve organic visibility across 38 country-specific markets. You'll work on both on-page and technical SEO to drive organic traffic and rankings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes
Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, internal

linking)

Improve website architecture and navigation for SEO
Implement schema markup and structured data
Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance
Manage and optimize country-specific pages with hreflang implementation
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
Monitor and improve crawlability and indexation
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (404 errors, redirect chains,

canonicalization)

Collaborate with developers on SEO-related website changes
Track and report on organic performance metrics
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
Conduct SEO training for content team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles
Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog,

SEMrush/Ahrefs)

Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with international/multi-country SEO
Knowledge of Python or SEO automation
Familiarity with ed-tech or education industry
Google Analytics certification
