About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and images for target keywords.
- Monitor and enhance technical SEO performance (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, structured data, etc.).
- Perform regular website audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to align SEO strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:- 1 to 3 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with local SEO or e-commerce SEO is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
