We help enterprise leaders make sharper decisions through research, benchmarking, advisory-led events, private communities and digital insight platforms.

We are building a brand that should be visible everywhere our audience is searching, reading, scrolling, researching and asking questions, including Google, LinkedIn, AI search, ChatGPT, newsletters, communities and industry media.

We are looking for someone hungry, independent and commercially sharp. Someone who can write like Gartner or Accenture, think like a strategist, execute like a growth marketer and solve basic technical problems without needing their hand held.

This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. We want someone who can take ownership, spot opportunities and make Factor impossible to ignore.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an SEO, Content, Social & Google Ads Manager.

We are looking for a content writer, SEO operator, paid search manager and digital problem-solver in one.

The right person will be able to write sharp executive-level content, optimise it for search, publish it properly, distribute it across social channels, manage Google Ads, track performance and improve results without needing constant direction.

You will be responsible for growing Factor's visibility across search, social, AI discovery and paid acquisition. This includes SEO strategy, content writing, technical optimisation, social media management, Google Ads management, landing page optimisation, analytics, keyword research, AI-search visibility and content performance improvement.

The goal is simple: when senior leaders search for topics around business transformation, AI, technology, finance, marketing, data, cybersecurity, leadership or enterprise strategy, Factor should be found.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality executive content in a Gartner-style, Accenture-style tone
  • Create sharp articles, reports, landing page copy, LinkedIn posts, newsletters and event content
  • Build and execute SEO strategies across Google, AI search, LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • Identify keyword opportunities, content gaps and ranking opportunities
  • Optimise website pages, blogs, event pages and digital assets for search
  • Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and content structure
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search campaigns, keyword targeting, ad copy and budget pacing
  • Build and optimise landing pages for paid and organic traffic
  • Track conversions, campaign performance, cost per lead and ROI
  • Test ad copy, keywords, audiences and landing page messaging
  • Align SEO and Google Ads activity so paid and organic growth work together
  • Manage and grow Factor's LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels
  • Turn research, event insights, speaker topics and market trends into strong content
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads or similar platforms
  • Make basic website updates and troubleshoot simple technical issues
  • Work with CMS platforms, forms, tracking links, landing pages and campaign assets
  • Use AI tools properly to speed up research, content production and optimisation
  • Track rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions and campaign performance
  • Build repeatable systems for SEO, content creation, paid search and social distribution
  • Work independently and bring ideas without waiting to be told what to do

Required Experience
  • 2+ years of SEO experience
  • 2+ years of content writing experience
  • Experience writing B2B, consulting, technology, business or executive content
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience writing search ad copy
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or B2B social media channels
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot or similar
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog or similar
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, landing pages and campaign reporting
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, optimisation and content production
  • Strong written English
Bonus Points
  • Experience in B2B media, events, research, SaaS, advisory, consulting or professional services
  • Experience writing whitepapers, reports, thought leadership or executive insights
  • Understanding of AI search, answer engine optimisation or generative engine optimisation
  • Experience improving cost per lead or conversion rates from paid search
  • Basic HTML, CSS or website troubleshooting ability
  • Experience building a content engine from scratch
  • Experience with newsletters, landing pages and conversion copy
  • Basic design, video or Canva experience
