SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

Solvornx Solutions is an AI-powered engineering studio in Chennai. We build web, mobile, SaaS and AI products for clients across fintech, insurance, commerce, manufacturing and enterprise, and run their growth after launch. We're hiring a hands-on specialist to own SEO and paid acquisition across client accounts and our own products.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO:

• Run technical audits (indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, site structure) and work with developers to ship fixes

• Keyword research, content briefs and on-page optimisation

• Local SEO: Google Business Profile, citations, location pages

• Quality link building and industry listings

• Track rankings, traffic and conversions

2. Google Ads

• Plan and manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns

• Keyword strategy, match types, negatives, ad copy and extensions

• Own budgets and bidding against CPL / ROAS targets

• Conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager

3. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Run lead gen, traffic and sales campaigns in Meta Ads Manager

• Build custom, lookalike, retargeting and Advantage+ audiences

• Brief and test static, carousel and Reels creatives

• Run Instant Forms and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns; route leads to CRM / WhatsApp

• Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager and Business Manager

Reporting:

• Build dashboards per account

• Present monthly performance and plans to clients

• Manage multiple B2B and B2C accounts in parallel

Requirements:

• 2–4 years hands-on SEO and paid ads experience (agency preferred)

• Proven results: rankings moved, CPL reduced, ROAS improved

• Strong with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Search Console

• Working knowledge of Semrush / Ahrefs and Screaming Frog

• Basic HTML; comfortable working with developers

• Clear English; Tamil a plus

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications

• B2B lead gen (manufacturing, SaaS, fintech, insurance)

• E-commerce or WhatsApp commerce campaigns

• AI tools for content, keyword clustering and ad creative
