About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth through strong SEO strategy, high-quality content creation, and conversion-focused landing pages. The role requires hands-on expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to create content that ranks, engages, and converts.

Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Define and lead the SEO/AEO strategy to maximize organic search and AI engine visibility across key markets.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword, intent, and entity optimization to strengthen content relevance for both traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
  • Audit and optimize technical SEO foundations (site structure, schema markup, indexing, performance) to improve discoverability and ranking.
  • Collaborate with content, product and development teams to ensure on-page SEO best practices and AEO-friendly content structures are implemented.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and image alt text.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and link-building initiatives.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, indexing problems, and schema improvements.
  • Work with vendors to ensure website maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  • Content Strategy & Writing
  • Develop a content strategy aligned with SEO goals and user intent.
  • Create detailed SEO-driven content outlines for blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and guides.
  • Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure content meets SEO and editorial standards.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, target audience, and business objectives.

  • Landing Pages & CRO
  • Design and build high-converting landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
  • Optimize content for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Work closely with design and development teams to implement SEO-friendly layouts and structures.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to measure progress and optimize strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure SEO-friendly website architecture.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth teams to align SEO and content efforts.

Qualifications

  • 46 years of experience in SEO, preferably in B2B SaaS or Martech.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proven ability to write high-ranking, engaging SEO content.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and basic scripting languages (PHP, .aspx, .jsp preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SEO reporting and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
