JOB SUMMARY

Sai Ayush Ayurveda Hospital is seeking a hands-on SEO Manager to improve organic search rankings, Google Maps visibility and qualified patient enquiries for our KPHB hospital and Madinaguda clinic.

The candidate will manage technical SEO, on-page SEO, Local SEO, content strategy, ethical link building, analytics and conversion tracking. Experience handling React or JavaScript websites is strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterment, location and patient search intent.

• Prepare page-to-keyword mapping and prely and annual SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research based on treatvent keyword cannibalisation.

• Perform competitor, content-gap and backlink analysis.

• Optimise treatment, Panchakarma, doctor, department, blog and location pages.

• Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text, FAQs and calls to action.

• Audit crawlability, indexation and JavaScript rendering of the React website.

• Coordinate with developers to implement SSR, SSG or pre-rendering where required.

• Resolve duplicate metadata, canonical, sitemap, robots.txt, redirect, broken-link and indexation issues.

• Implement and validate Hospital, MedicalOrganization, Physician, Breadcrumb, Article and other relevant schema markup.

• Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile usability.

• Manage Google Business Profiles for KPHB and Madinaguda.

• Improve local rankings, citations, reviews and business-information consistency.

• Prepare SEO content briefs and coordinate with doctors and content writers.

• Ensure healthcare content follows YMYL quality standards and avoids misleading medical claims.

• Build high-quality, relevant backlinks through outreach, healthcare listings and digital PR.

• Track calls, WhatsApp clicks, lead forms, appointment bookings and direction requests.

• Submit clear monthly reports covering rankings, organic traffic, leads, technical issues and completed activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Proven experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or local-service SEO.

• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page and Local SEO.

• Understanding of React/JavaScript SEO, server-side rendering, static generation and pre-rendering.

• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.

• Experience with Semrush or Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.

• Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, canonicalisation and indexation.

• Understanding of Google’s healthcare/YMYL content-quality requirements.

• Ability to work with doctors, writers, designers and React developers.

• Good analytical, reporting and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience ranking hospital, Ayurveda or wellness websites.

• Experience improving Google Maps rankings for multiple locations.

• Familiarity with Hyderabad’s local healthcare search market.

• Google Analytics or recognised SEO certification.

• Experience tracking leads through a CRM.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Growth in qualified non-branded organic traffic.

• Improvement in relevant top-10 and top-3 keyword rankings.

• Increase in Google Maps visibility.

• Growth in organic phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointments.
