Why This Role Matters
SEO is already a strong acquisition channel for us but we're now looking for a strategist to
further scale traffic, drive higher-quality & enterprise leads and collaborate with product &
content teams to support launches of new products across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Leadership
- Build and own the end-to-end SEO strategy for lead-gen products (specifically Virtual Office and
business registrations).
- Define traffic and lead-generation OKRs for SEO
- Prioritize high-intent keywords and landing pages that generate enterprise-quality leads.
Technical & Product-Led SEO
- Collaborate with product managers and devs to implement SEO-first architecture for scalable
content, location pages, and PLPs.
- Lead frequent technical audits for crawl/index issues, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.
- Work on scalable programmatic SEO projects (e.g. business registration in Indian and international
geographies).
Content & Authority Building
- Drive content strategy for top, middle, and bottom of the funnel in collaboration with content writers
and UX teams.
- Guide internal linking, keyword clustering and content structuring for both lead-gen and
traffic-focused assets.
- Build a robust backlink acquisition strategy, targeting both industry publications and local SEO
needs.
Measurement & Experimentation
- Build dashboards to monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead quality (not just volume).
- Run regular A/B tests on metadata, layouts, and schema to improve CTR and engagement.
- Track keyword groups by intent and business impact (enterprise vs. SMB vs. B2C).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with growth, brand, and performance marketing to align messaging and funnel
metrics.
- Collaborate with sales enablement and BDR teams to sync SEO initiatives with high-value lead
goals.
Who You Are (Must-Have Skills)
- 4–7 years of experience in SEO with a clear track record of scaling organic traffic and inbound
leads in a high-growth company.
- Strong command of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, keyword clustering, and
structured data.
- Experience working on product-led SEO projects for regulatory, compliance and services-led
platforms, including virtual offices, business registrations, GST, and APOB/VPOB use cases.
- Strong data-driven decision maker (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog,
Looker/Data Studio).
- Bonus: Experience with local SEO, enterprise keyword targeting, and AI-assisted content
generation workflows.
