Role Overview
This is a leadership role, not an execution role. You will own the entire organic growth function — strategy, team direction, tool stack, content alignment, and measurable international lead generation. You will be accountable for rankings, traffic, and qualified inbound leads from global markets, not just domestic visibility. If you have only worked on Indian-market SEO or generic content SEO, this role is not for you.
What You Will Own
• Strategy Ownership — Design and execute the full SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, topical authority building, and international search visibility for US, UK, AU, CA markets
• Programmatic SEO — Build and manage the programmatic SEO framework — service × industry page matrix, schema implementation, and structured data rollout
• Team Leadership — Lead a team of SEO Specialists, Analysts, and Content Writers — set weekly targets, review output quality, and hold the team accountable to KPIs
• AEO & GEO — Own the AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy — ensuring A3Logics is cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini responses
• Tool Stack Ownership — Manage Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Clarity — extract insights, not just reports
• Authority Building — Drive digital PR and link acquisition from DR 50+ publications in target markets — not directory submissions
• Cross-Channel Alignment — Align SEO content strategy with paid search (PPC) to ensure keyword intent is not cannibalised across channels
• Reporting & Attribution — Monthly reporting to leadership — rankings, organic traffic, qualified leads generated, and pipeline attributed to organic
• Technical Oversight — Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, index coverage, and site architecture on an ongoing basis
Non-Negotiable Requirements
• 6+ years in SEO with at least 4 years in an IT services, SaaS, or technology company
• Demonstrable case studies of ranking internationally competitive keywords in US or UK markets
• Deep knowledge of EEAT, topical authority, entity-based SEO, and how Google evaluates IT services content
• Experience with international hreflang implementation, geo-targeting, and multi-market SEO architecture
• Hands-on with Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis
• Understanding of how organic leads are tracked through CRM — not just traffic metrics
• Strong written English — you will review and approve all content before it is published
