About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to join our marketing team at InCred Money. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance our online visibility, attract targeted organic traffic, and support our growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of technical, content, and off-page SEO practices within a highly regulated industry. The SEO Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, product managers, and developers to ensure our digital presence aligns with our business goals and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results and possess the analytical skills necessary to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within the fintech, financial services, or e-commerce sectors. A strong technical foundation in SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors is essential. Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog is required. Candidates should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams. Excellent analytical skills, coupled with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, are vital for success in this role. Familiarity with compliance standards and the importance of high E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) content in financial marketing is highly desirable. Soft skills such as effective communication, leadership, and project management are equally important to manage multiple initiatives and foster teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and establish quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Technical SEO Management: Lead regular technical audits focusing on crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile optimization. Collaborate with engineering and development teams to implement necessary fixes, schema markup, and site architecture improvements that enhance search engine performance.
- Content & On-Page Optimization: Provide guidance to content creators on SEO best practices, keyword integration, and content structure. Ensure all content, including landing pages, product descriptions, and blogs, aligns with user search intent and complies with financial industry regulations.
- Off-Page SEO & Authority Building: Design and execute ethical link-building strategies and digital PR campaigns to strengthen domain authority and establish credibility within the financial services ecosystem.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators such as organic traffic, search rankings, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Prepare insightful reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to integrate SEO best practices into all digital initiatives and product launches, ensuring consistent brand messaging and compliance standards.
