About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior SEO Manager to drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, technical excellence, content optimization, and emerging AI search practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Analytics,
AI SEO, and
AIO (AI Optimization) with a proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Optimize website architecture, content, landing pages, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement recommendations.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawlability, indexation, and overall website health.
- Plan and execute high-quality link-building and digital PR campaigns.
- Drive content optimization initiatives aligned with search intent and business objectives.
- Implement AI SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search experiences, conversational search, and emerging search technologies.
- Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and SEO automation.
- Monitor and improve brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI search ecosystems.
- Implement Schema Markup, Entity SEO, topical authority, and semantic search strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
- Proven experience in driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings.
- Strong understanding of AI SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), and AI-powered search ecosystems.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Schema Markup, Entity SEO, E-E-A-T, semantic search, and topical authority.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture from an SEO perspective.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, or high-growth digital businesses.
- Proven success in scaling organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve SEO efficiency and content performance.
- Strong understanding of emerging AI search trends and answer-engine optimization practices.
