We are looking for an experienced and analytical Organic Growth professional with 6–7 years of experience who can drive SEO strategy, organic growth, and performance while effectively managing a team of 20+ members.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SEO, keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, analytics, competitor research, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, keyword clustering, search intent analysis, and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Lead competitor analysis, backlink research, and SEO performance tracking using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Monitor website performance and search visibility through Google Search Console.
• Analyze traffic, conversions, user behavior, and organic performance using Google Analytics.
• Oversee on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and content recommendations.
• Develop and implement technical SEO strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Track key SEO metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead content-led organic growth initiatives and collaborate with content and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall search visibility.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search developments, and industry best practices.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 20+ members, ensuring productivity, quality, and achievement of SEO goals.
• Set team targets, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of SEO and growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of SEO strategy, execution, reporting, and overall organic growth performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Organic Growth, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, keyword clustering, search intent, and content strategy.
• Advanced working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and SEO performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of 20+ people.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Strong understanding of SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, backlinks, and visibility.
• Ability to translate SEO data into actionable business strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
