Job Description

1. SEO Strategy
  • Build and execute the full SEO strategy for the brand.
  • Identify high-intent keywords that can drive traffic and sales.
  • Create monthly SEO growth plans for categories, product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Track competitor rankings and find opportunities to outrank them.
2. On-Page SEO
  • Optimise product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and blog pages.
  • Write and improve meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links.
  • Ensure pages are structured properly for Google and users.
  • Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.
3. Technical SEO
  • Audit the website for technical SEO issues.
  • Work with developers to fix crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed, schema, canonical tags, redirects, broken links, and sitemap issues.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and mobile SEO performance.
  • Monitor Google Search Console regularly.
4. Content SEO
  • Create SEO content briefs for blogs, buying guides, product pages, and category pages.
  • Plan content clusters around key topics.
  • Update old content to improve rankings.
  • Ensure content is useful, compliant, and conversion-focused.
5. Off-Page SEO
  • Build a backlink strategy through PR, guest posts, partnerships, and content outreach.
  • Monitor backlink quality and avoid spammy links.
  • Find opportunities for brand mentions and authority building.
6. Reporting & Analytics
  • Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, revenue, CTR, bounce rate, and page performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with e-commerce SEO.
  • Good knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4.
  • Ability to work with developers, content writers, and performance marketing teams.
  • Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
  • Understanding of conversion-focused SEO, not just traffic.
  • Good writing and content planning skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, beauty, supplements, or e-commerce brands.
  • Experience scaling organic traffic for a growing brand.
  • Understanding of SEO for product pages, category pages, and marketplaces.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, schema, and page speed optimisation.
