We are looking for an SEO Lead Generation Specialist.

Most SEO specialists measure visits. We measure conversions.

The web is full of professionals who can rank a page.

What they can't do is explain why a page ranking at position 3 for a buyer-intent keyword generated zero leads last quarter.

We've interviewed them. We know.

At Wattlecorp, our buyers are CISOs, IT heads, and compliance officers at enterprises across global markets deciding whether to trust us with their most sensitive infrastructure. They don't click on ads. They search. They read. They evaluate. And somewhere in that process, they either contact us. Or they don't.

We need someone who owns that gap.

This is not an SEO role. This is a revenue engineering role where SEO is your primary instrument.

We are hiring an SEO Lead Generation Specialist to join us at our Cyberpark office, Calicut.

Before you apply: if your proudest achievement is a traffic chart with no pipeline story attached to it, this role will frustrate you. We need someone who can't sleep when a high-traffic page converts at 0%.

What This Role Demands:

The Revenue Obsession: You don't measure success in sessions. You measure it in submitted forms, qualified calls, and pipeline you can trace back to pages you built and optimized. Rankings are inputs. Leads are outputs. You live in the outputs.

The Conversion Instinct: You look at a landing page and immediately see what's broken: the CTA buried below the fold, the form with eight unnecessary fields, the blog post ranking for a transactional keyword that sends visitors nowhere. You don't need a researcher to tell you this. You feel it.

The Commercial Eye: Not all traffic is equal, and you've always known this. You can look at a keyword and tell us whether the person searching it is three months from buying or three years away. You build around buyers, not browsers.

The Ownership Mandate: You don't escalate problems. You diagnose them, propose a fix, and move. If the SAMA compliance page drops 40% of its traffic, you don't send a message asking what to do. You arrive with a recovery brief and a plan.

The Team Sharpener: You lead the SEO team. That means resolving their technical questions. Not forwarding them upward. You brief content writers with enough domain depth to produce usable first drafts without a rewrite. You raise the floor of the team, not just your own ceiling.

The Mission Qualifications:

3+ years of B2B SEO, with specific examples of leads, not just traffic, you can point to as your work.

Real CRO capability: landing page optimisation, CTA testing, form conversion, heatmap analysis. Not theoretical. Lived.

Technical SEO depth across audits, Core Web Vitals, crawl analysis, cannibalization, and de-indexing. You diagnose these independently, without a safety net.

Proficiency with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Analytics. And the ability to build attribution stories, not just export dashboards.

Experience in technology or cybersecurity. Familiarity with international B2B markets and long-cycle enterprise buyers is preferred. Not mandatory. If you can learn fast, say that instead.
