Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Digital Marketing Intern to support our SEO initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in off-page SEO, content optimization, and guest post outreach. The intern will work closely with the SEO team to enhance organic visibility, build quality backlinks, and contribute towards overall search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and support content optimization efforts
- Manage end-to-end guest post outreach including website identification, communication, and backlink tracking
- Maintain professional relationships with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters
- Perform basic SEO audits, competitor research, and backlink analysis
- Optimize blogs, landing pages, and web content to improve ranking and visibility
- Track and report SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, and link performance
- Stay informed on SEO trends, industry best practices, and Google algorithm updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with SEO standards
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent discipline
- Fundamental understanding of SEO concepts including keywords, backlinks, and on-page elements
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (preferred)
- Prior exposure to guest post outreach (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research capability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
