AtumX is a dynamic creative and digital marketing company helping brands, schools, and businesses grow online with measurable results. We specialize in brand positioning, content marketing, lead generation, and marketplace optimization across Amazon, Alibaba, and major social media platforms.

Role Overview

As our SEO & Growth Specialist, you will own the end-to-end strategy for driving organic traffic to our website and client platforms while building a sustainable lead generation funnel. Your work directly impacts leads, revenue, and brand visibility across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon & Alibaba Marketplace Optimization:

  • Optimize product listings for Amazon (A+ Content, titles, bullet points, backend keywords)
  • Manage and improve Alibaba storefronts and product listings for international buyers
  • Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research for marketplace algorithms
  • Monitor listing health, search ranking, and conversion rates

Keyword Optimization & SEO:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Helium 10
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for AtumX and client websites
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues with the dev team
  • Build quality backlink profiles through digital PR and outreach
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority

Lead Generation Funnel:

  • Design, build, and optimize lead generation funnels from traffic acquisition to conversion
  • Set up and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and CTAs to maximize conversions
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, email sequences, and ad copy
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) to nurture and track leads
  • Report on funnel performance with actionable insights

Requirements Must-Have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven track record in Amazon / Alibaba listing optimization and marketplace SEO
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
  • Experience building lead generation funnels and converting traffic into qualified leads
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Google Ads or Amazon PPC
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of international SEO and multi-language markets
