About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven SEO/GEO Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, driving organic traffic, and ensuring our brand remains discoverable across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Audits: Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Strategy Execution: Perform keyword research and develop high-impact on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Content Optimization: Optimize website content, meta-tags, and landing pages to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
Authority Building: Execute outreach strategies to build high-quality backlinks and strengthen domain authority.
Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other industry tools.
Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of search evolution, specifically focusing on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Requirements
Experience: 0–1 year of hands-on experience in SEO (internships or personal projects are welcome).
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of ranking factors, technical SEO, and site architecture.
Tools: Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and industry-standard tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large data sets to draw actionable insights.
Emerging Tech: Basic knowledge of AI search behaviors and GEO best practices.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Points: Prior experience with AI video creation and YouTube SEO.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
