The Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO & GEO Specialist who has proven experience growing organic footprint, improving domain authority, ranking commercial keywords, and generating real leads.

This is not a reporting role.

This is not a checklist SEO role.

This is for someone who understands how search actually drives revenue.

What You'll Do
  • Own and execute SEO strategy end-to-end for:
  • Raven Labs
  • Product brands (e.g. SaaS)
  • Customer websites (B2B + B2C)
  • Improve organic footprint, including:
  • Domain Authority (DA)
  • Keyword rankings (commercial & informational)
  • Search visibility across regions (GEO)
  • Drive qualified organic leads, not just traffic
  • Perform and act on:
  • Technical SEO audits
  • On-page and content optimisation
  • Internal linking strategies
  • Backlink strategy and outreach
  • Work closely with content & design to:
  • Create SEO-led content that ranks and converts
  • Build topic authority, not isolated blogs
  • Track performance using:
  • Search Console, GA, Ahrefs / SEMrush (or similar)
  • Regularly report on rankings, DA, traffic quality, and leads
GEO (Location-Based SEO)

You will:

  • Execute GEO-specific SEO strategies for:
  • Australia
  • Other target regions as required
  • Optimise for:
  • Location-based keywords
  • Local search intent (where applicable)
  • Multi-region / multi-market visibility
  • Ensure SEO supports local lead generation, not just impressions
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

You must have:

  • Proven SEO experience with before-and-after results
  • Evidence of:
  • DA growth
  • Keyword ranking improvements
  • Organic lead generation
  • Experience across B2B and B2C SEO
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Search intent
  • Commercial vs informational keywords
  • Content + SEO working together
  • Ability to work independently and own outcomes

  • Not an SEO audit only role
  • Not someone who just sends reports
  • Not someone who chases traffic with no conversion thinking
  • Not someone who relies purely on tools without strategy
