SEO / GEO Specialist - Chennai - Full Time - On-site

Search is changing. Buyers now find answers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. We're looking for someone who knows how to get us found in both places.

Quascenta builds software that helps life sciences manufacturers run validation and compliance digitally. Our buyers are QA, validation and manufacturing leaders, so our content has to be accurate, technical and easy to trust, for people and for AI models.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: site health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, internal linking
• Build keyword and topic strategies around high-intent B2B and pharma compliance searches
• Optimize content so AI assistants cite and recommend Quascenta (GEO/AEO)
• Track how we show up in AI-generated answers and improve our share of voice
• Work with product and content teams on pages, blogs, comparison pages and FAQs
• Grow authority through digital PR, backlinks and third-party mentions
• Report on rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility and pipeline impact

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on GEO work, or a clear point of view on it backed by experiments you've run
• Comfort with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools
