Job Title: SEO

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Thane (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for optimization.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic metrics, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to implement solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with other teams, including performance marketing, digital PR, and video production, to integrate SEO into overall marketing strategies.
• Provide recommendations for website optimization and continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
• Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
