Role Description

We are looking for an SEO Freelancer to own our organic search strategy and drive

sustainable growth. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and leadership

teams to develop and execute SEO roadmaps, optimise content, improve technical health,

and build authority in the medical cannabis space. You will be responsible for making Qurist

the go-to resource for medical cannabis education in India, directly contributing to our D2C

and omnichannel growth. This is a remote freelance engagement with the potential for a

long-term retainer.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with a D2C brand, ecommerce, or

health/wellness sector

Strong technical SEO skills, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web

Vitals

Proficiency in SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and WordPress

(Yoast/RankMath)

Experience creating and optimising EEAT content for regulated or medically sensitive

categories

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies

Proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions (please share 23 case

studies)

Whitehat link building experience, especially with health, wellness, or medical

publications

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
