Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize content for Google News, Top Stories & Discover
- Work with editorial teams on headlines, metadata & SEO best practices
- Monitor real-time performance and improve high-traffic stories
- Drive SEO for evergreen, lifestyle & explainer content
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawl, index, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
- Analyze performance and share actionable insights
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of SEO experience (preferably in news/media)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Search Console
- Solid understanding of Technical SEO
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis)
- Experience with WordPress / CMS platforms
