Want to build real SEO skills on live websites — and learn where search is heading next

RMG Mileage is looking for a junior SEO professional to take ownership of SEO for 2 established company websites that are already ranking well.

You'll be our sole SEO resource. Your job will be to improve our visibility not just on Google, but also on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity — an increasingly important part of how people discover companies and information.

• Improve rankings for selected keywords
• Optimise existing pages, content and website structure
• Improve our visibility across Google and other search engines
• Explore and implement ways to improve how our company appears in AI search and answers
• Track rankings and search visibility and demonstrate improvement
• Test, learn and continuously improve what works

• Some hands-on SEO experience — internship or early-career experience is welcome
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Genuine interest in SEO, AI search and how people discover information online
• Curious, self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable with free tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• This is an in-house role — not an agency or freelance engagement

Salary: 2.2–2.6 LPA consolidated
