Role Description The SEO Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali. This role involves performing keyword research, optimizing website pages for search engines, and executing on-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and user experience. The SEO Executive will conduct regular SEO audits, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance organic visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing link-building campaigns, coordinating with content and marketing teams, and supporting social media marketing efforts aligned with SEO goals. The role also includes staying current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain and grow clients organic performance.

Qualifications

• Strong keyword research skills, including search intent analysis and competitive keyword discovery.
• Proficiency in on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and technical fundamentals.
• Experience with link building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality backlink profiles.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits, identify issues, and implement clear, actionable improvements.
• Understanding of social media marketing and its role in supporting search visibility and brand awareness.
• Comfort using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, site crawlers).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing; agency experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
