About the Role

As an SEO Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence by driving organic growth, optimizing content and site performance, and ensuring we stay ahead in search rankings.

What You'll Do

  • Keyword Research: Discover high-impact keywords, including long-tail and intent-based, to guide our content strategy.
  • On-Page Optimization: Enhance meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and mobile responsiveness to boost rankings.
  • Off-Page Optimization: Build authority through link-building, digital PR, and outreach campaigns.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Technical Audits: Monitor site speed, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and fix technical issues that impact performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to measure traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Competitive Analysis: Benchmark against competitors, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to stay ahead.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of site structures.
  • Awareness of emerging SEO trends (voice search, local SEO, AI-driven search).
  • A growth mindset always curious, always learning.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience Range: 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role.
  • Candidates with 01 year (internship or project experience) may be considered if they demonstrate strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Those with 34 years will be expected to take on more strategic responsibilities, such as shaping SEO roadmaps and mentoring junior team members.
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush Academy) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of site structures, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization.
  • Soft Skills:
