The Opportunity:

The SEO Director plays a leading role in contributing towards SEO growth for our clients leveraging best practices and knowledge across a broad range of industry verticals. As the SEO Director, you will partner with SEO Managers, analysts and work closely with the Founder to ensure that our clients receive the best SEO outcomes across a diverse range of SEO challenges.

Responsibilities:

Working across an exciting portfolio of clients, you will be integral in:

• Strategic client support and knowledge leader.
• Identifying opportunities for SEO growth in current and future client portfolios.
• Leading and assisting in new business pitches by working in collaboration with other team members.
• Support SEO Managers on various operational aspects by improving existing processes.
• Contribute towards a strong learning culture and support team members to bring their best.

Who you are:

• 8+ years experience within SEO encompassing strong technical and on-page SEO.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Good client facing experience combined with the ability to translate technical information. Analytically minded, with a thirst for knowledge.
• Team management experience with the ability to nurture and grow talent.
• Team player with the ability to have fun.
