Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, building links, analyzing web analytics, and executing on-page SEO strategies. Develop and execute SEO/AEO strategies tailored for B2B SaaS/ERP audiences, manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize for AI-driven search (SGE, voice search), and drive qualified leads & conversions through data-backed decisions. The specialist will work on ensuring the company's digital presence is optimized to drive traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase overall online visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven SEO & digital marketing experience
• Experience in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO
• Advanced SEO expertise: AEO, schema markup, backlinks, local & enterprise SEO
• Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits and Link Building
• Strong skills in Web Analytics and data interpretation
• Tool mastery: SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tag Manager
• Content creation for technical blogs, case studies & lead-gen campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• B2B/SaaS/ERP industry knowledge understanding ERPNext is a strong plus

Bonus: Experience marketing ERPNext, or similar ERP platforms. Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles.
