We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment (combination of remote and in-office work). The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and experienced in managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP)
Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4)
Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Set up conversion tracking and performance measurement
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and generate performance reports
Continuously improve ROI and reduce CPA
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing (not mandatory)
Strong expertise in GA4, GTM, Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads
Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis
Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns effectively
Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Marketing automation tools
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Landing page optimization
Tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
