Bio Green Wax Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to help scale our online presence globally.
We are seeking someone who understands SEO beyond rankings — someone who can build authority, drive qualified traffic, generate leads, manage advertising campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for long-term organic growth
- Improve website rankings, technical SEO health, and domain authority
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Optimize conversion funnels and lead generation campaigns
- Monitor website performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Create strategies to increase international brand visibility
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
- Improve website UX and SEO performance metrics
- Build digital PR and outreach campaigns
- Support global marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
- Track KPIs, ROI, traffic growth, and campaign performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience working in an SEO agency or digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of:
- Technical SEO
- Local & International SEO
- Link building
- Content SEO
- Performance marketing
- Experience managing PPC and paid ad campaigns
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or CMS platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of branding and digital positioning
- Experience growing domain authority and organic traffic
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or B2B brands
- Understanding of sustainability, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience with social media growth strategies
