This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to improve conversion rates, managing paid advertising campaigns, generating insightful performance reports, and identifying opportunities for scaling. Collaboration with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure campaign success will also be a key aspect of this role.

• Expertise in Paid Advertising, Social Media Ads, and PPC Campaigns
• Experience with Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Return on Investment (ROI) optimization
• Strong proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and A/B Testing
• Knowledge of Content Strategy and Creative Asset Development
• Project management skills, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role or agency setting is a plus
