About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEO Content Operations Manager to lead and scale our real estate content production process.
This role is ideal for someone who has managed high-volume SEO blog production, worked on US real estate projects, and understands how to enforce content quality standards, structured workflows, and delivery timelines at scale.
You will oversee a team of writers, ensure SEO best practices are followed, maintain editorial standards, and coordinate closely with SEO leadership to deliver consistent, high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SEO content writers
- Establish and enforce structured content workflows
- Ensure adherence to SEO content templates and editorial standards
- Perform quality checks on long-form blog content (grammar, readability, SEO alignment)
- Manage deadlines and ensure predictable delivery
- Coordinate with SEO leadership for keyword implementation and content planning
- Track progress using Google Sheets and manage documentation through Google Docs
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Oversee content updates and optimization cycles
- Ensure consistent output for US real estate clients
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SEO content management
- Proven experience handling US real estate content projects
- Strong editorial judgment and command of English grammar
- Clear understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, headings, internal linking)
- Experience managing distributed or remote writing teams
- Ability to manage high-volume content production
- Strong workflow and deadline management skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
