About the Role
We are looking for an SEO & Content Growth Specialist to own and execute our entire digital growth strategy. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role — you will be responsible for technical SEO, content production, backlink acquisition, YouTube, email marketing, social media, and AI search visibility.
You will work directly with the founder and report weekly on performance. A detailed execution plan will be provided from Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Search Console, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Ahrefs
- Implement and maintain schema markup across all page types (FAQPage, Article, Course, Organization, BreadcrumbList)
- Conduct regular technical audits including robots.txt, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and crawl management
- Research, write, and publish 4–5 SEO-optimized blog posts per week (1,800–2,500 words each)
- Monitor and improve brand visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini
- Build backlinks through directory submissions, guest post outreach, and digital PR
- Script and coordinate YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Manage the company newsletter (10,000+ subscribers) and automated email sequences via Mailchimp or ConvertKit
- Engage with target communities on Reddit, Quora, and WhatsApp
- Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (from Month 2 onward)
- Deliver a structured weekly performance report
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical SEO — including GSC, schema markup, robots.txt, and sitemap management
- Demonstrated ability to independently research, write, and publish long-form SEO content that ranks
- Hands-on experience with backlink acquisition through outreach (not paid links)
- Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility best practices
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns and automation sequences
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 and SEO reporting
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and meet weekly deliverables
- Excellent written English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow CMS
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Prior experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Background in international education, study abroad, or student recruitment
