Role Summary

The SEO AVP – NewsX (English) will lead the organic growth strategy for the English digital platform, focusing on search optimisation, audience scale, and engagement in a fast-paced news environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimise English news content for search visibility and improved user engagement.

2. Drive consistent growth in organic traffic and page views for the NewsX digital platform.

3. Work closely with product and technology teams on technical SEO initiatives.

4. Partner with editors and cross-functional teams to embed SEO into daily editorial workflows.

5. Ensure fast, effective coverage of recent trends, breaking news, and major national and global events.
