What You'll Do
You'll be the engine room of our SEO strategy learning, executing, and evolving every day. Expect to:
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
Assist in creating SEO-friendly content briefs and meta tags
Audit websites for technical SEO issues and track performance metrics
Support link-building initiatives and outreach efforts
Work with SEO Specialists and Strategists to execute monthly plans
Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog like a pro
Track keyword rankings, CTRs, and traffic growth (and celebrate every upward trend)
Continuously learn new tools, algorithms, and best practices because SEO never sleeps
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be an SEO wizard yet we'll teach you the spells. But you should bring:
A curious mind and analytical thinking
Understanding of how search engines work and why content ranks
Basic knowledge of HTML, on-page SEO, and keyword research
Comfort using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics
Good written communication (you'll work with content teams)
Hunger to learn, question, and improve every day
