SEO Associate Director

About:

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven SEO leader to take ownership of our organic growth function. This role goes beyond traditional SEO—focusing on driving measurable business impact, aligning with wider marketing efforts, and leveraging innovation to stay ahead in an evolving search landscape.

You will play a key role in shaping and executing a forward-thinking SEO strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring performance is directly tied to revenue and pipeline. As a senior member of the team, you will also lead client conversations, influence stakeholders, and mentor junior talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and lead SEO strategy aligned to business goals
• Identify growth opportunities across technical, content, and authority
• Align SEO with broader marketing (paid, CRO, content, brand)
• Drive innovation (AI, automation, new channels like AEO/GEO)
• Own forecasting, KPIs, and performance accountability
• Lead client communication and present insights/recommendations
• Mentor junior team members and QA work

• Strong analytical skills (segmentation, attribution, trend analysis)
